What is Stay In Dine Out?
Stay In Dine Out is Winston-Salem's premiere restaurant delivery service. We deliver Winston-Salem's finest restaurants directly to your door. Our professional and courteous drivers have high quality insulated delivery bags to ensure that your food is delivered as hot as possible.
What areas do you currently service?
We currently service the Hanes Mall area, the Buena Vista area, Clemmons, Lewisville, and Downtown Winston-Salem. Please visit our home page and either click on the zip code drop down menu or type in your zip code and click "eat".
Is there a minimum order and how long does it take for delivery?
Yes, we do have a minimum on most orders of $15.00 and our delivery times are approximately 45 - 60 minutes. Please allow extra time for possible traffic and weather issues as well as delivery for one customer from multiple restaurant locations.
What are your charges?
We charge $4.99 for the first restaurant within your delivery zone and $2.99 per additional restaurant pickup. An additional $0.99-$2.99 premium charge will be added for restaurants outside of your zone. Please check with Stay In Dine Out for details.
What restaurants do you deliver to in my zip code?
On our home page either click on the zip code drop down or type in your zip code and click on "eat". On the left hand side of the screen you can see all of the participating restaurants in your area. Simply click on your desired restaurant and begin ordering. Yes, its that simple!
What if I don't see the restaurant I like on your site?
If you would like to see a reataurant added to our site please contact them and let them know that you would like to have delivery available by Stay In Dine Out.
How can I order?
You can order online and pay by Major CC on our secure website. You can phone in your order to our phone waiters or you can fax your order. You shall have the option to add a gratuity at the time of your online order or you can certainly pay your driver there tip directly.
Do you deliver lunch and dinner?
Currently Stay In Dine Out has dinner delivery available Monday - Saturday from 5: 30pm - 9:00pm. We deliver lunch from 11:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday with a minimum of $50.00 order with a 24 hour advance notice.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Of course, we service Winston-Salem hotels in the following zip codes 27103/27104/27105/27106/27101/27012/27023/27127/27040. Simply call (336)245-2394 or log onto our website and place your order, it shall be delivered directly to your room. It is difficult when you are visiting an area and do not know where to eat. For the business traveler who is exhausted after a long day of meetings and just wants to relax in their room, we give you options!
Can I pay by credit card?
Of course you can, we accept VISA, MC, AMEX and DISCOVER All prices reflect a 3% cash discount. When you use a credit card , whether via fax, online or on the phone we shall require our driver to swipe your card for imprint purposes and have you sign the slip. You may tip your driver on this credit card slip as well.
Do you supply drinks and/or utensils?
Yes we supply drinks and/or utensils for a small charge. Please click on the drinks icon in the menu list on the home page for a list of products and prices.
Are your drivers tipped employees?
Yes, our drivers do work for tips just like a server at a restaurant. They are mobile waiters bringing your food directly to you. A 15-20% gratuity is customary for our drivers, however, all orders of $50.00 or more shall automatically be charged 15% to cover gratuity. Our drivers get to keep 100% of there tips because this is how they get paid.
How are refunds and credits handled?
Refunds and credits will be verified for accuracy and processed within 24 hours. The customers issuing credit card company may take up to 3 days to apply the credit or refund to a customer's account. For additional information regarding refunds and credits you may call our office @ (336)245-2394.
